Welder$25.00-$30.00/hour1st7:00am-3:00pmWe are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to produce high-quality welded and fabricated components. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works with precision, and can follow detailed instructions to assemble and repair metal products. This is a potential to hire opportunity in Mukwonago, WI.Welder responsibilities include but are not limited to:Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics for complex assembliesCut, trim, and shape metal and other materials using hand and power toolsWeld, solder, and braze components together accuratelyAlign parts and secure them using bolts, screws, and other fastenersCollaborate with robotic equipment (cobots) to assemble componentsIdentify and repair defective components in finished productsMaintain quality standards and ensure safety procedures are followedWelder requirements:High school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, torches, and grindersAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionallyWelding certification or related experience preferredAttention to detail and commitment to craftsmanshipAbility to work independently or as part of a teamComfortable learning and operating collaborative robotic equipmentIND022
