Job description
VyStar Credit Union in Florida seeks a Branch Vice President to coach and lead branch staff, driving growth and exceptional service. The role creates and implements branch strategies, aligns with organizational goals, and develops tactical plans documented in the annual business plan.
The VP will participate in VyStar Leadership activities, build member and partner relationships, and support community leadership opportunities while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
