About the Role Part-time role inside Costco & Lowe’s with hourly pay + bonuses — no sales closing required. * Part-time (6–24 hrs/week) * $20/hr + bonuses (top reps earn $25–$40/hr+) * Work inside Costco & Lowe’s * No sales closing required Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand insideCostco and Lowe’s locations. This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems — no closing required. You’ll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events.
