You will be stationed inside busy, climate-controlled Retail locationsThe Pride of a Great Reputation: Represent an award-winning, highly referred brand built on ethical operationsSupport: Paid training, and a management team dedicated to your personal growthWhat You'll Do:Bring the Energy: Act as the face of the UHE brand inside busy, local BJ's Wholesale ClubsDrive Revenue: Engage face-to-face with BJ's members, start friendly conversations, and schedule free, in-home appointments for our home improvement servicesOwn Your Station: Maintain a clean, professional, and eye-catching kiosk/display area within the clubGrow with Us: Attend team training (remote and in-person) to sharpen your communication and sales skillsThe Ideal Candidate:Driven: You love the thrill of hitting goals and unlocking uncapped bonus opportunitiesUpbeat & Positive: You have a vibrant, contagious energy and excellent face-to-face communication skills.
