Brand Ambassadors help bring our boutique experience to life through authenticity, creativity, and care.Please note: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & SalesWelcome clients and create a warm, elevated environmentShare product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring waySupport omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your-Service programRecommend products based on client preferences and brand expertiseAchieve individual and boutique sales goalsClient RelationshipsBuild and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreachUse digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clientsTake initiative to grow business beyond the boutiqueBoutique OperationsSupport daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanlinessFollow company policies and complete opening/closing proceduresAssist with visual merchandising and inventory managementTeam CollaborationContribute to a positive and inclusive team culturePartner with colleagues to deliver exceptional serviceCommunicate effectively and support team goalsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beautyStrong communication and organizational skillsPassion for fragrance, beauty, and client connectionComfort with digital tools and Microsoft OfficeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join DiptyqueDiptyque Paris is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.
