DESCRIPTION
nMosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program - same store, same rep, every 8 weeks - designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.
nWhat you'll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order):
nnnEngage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
n
nnTrain retailer associates on the brand and product line.
n
nnReplenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
n
nnCheck in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.
n
n nAvailable New Jersey Locations:
nnnDeptford, NJ

nnPrinceton, NJ
n
nnEast Hanover, NJ
n
nnWoodland Park, NJ
n
nnBrick, NJ
n
nnIselin, NJ
n
n nTraining (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):
nnnBrand training session - 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).

nnRetailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.
n
n nCompensation : $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.
nRequired:
nnnSmartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
n
nnReliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
n
nnResidential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
n
n nPriority Access : Create your Ubeya profile at for priority access to this program and future Mosaic Flex gigs.

nRESPONSIBILITIES
nnnComplete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line - ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
n
nnTrain retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
n
nnReplenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
n
nnCheck in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
n
nnMaintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
n
nnRepresent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times - you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
n
nnComplete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS
nnnReliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
n
nnSmartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
n
nnAbility to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
n
nnResidential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
n
nnCompletion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
n
nnNot currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
