At Joyce, we take pride in manufacturing the majority of our own products, allowing us to deliver superior quality while supporting the communities we serve.Looking for a high-energy, people-facing role where you can represent a trusted brand and earn great money part-time?Joyce is hiring Brand Ambassadors to support our presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working events, engaging with the public, and creating memorable brand experiences.You'll be the face of Joyce in the field, helping introduce homeowners to our products while driving interest and scheduling consultations. This is a fast-paced, social role where your personality and effort directly impact your success.Compensation:$17 per hour base rateUncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointmentsAverage earnings of $20–$25 per hourWhat You'll Do:Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locationsEngage attendees in a friendly, professional mannerPromote our products and create interest through conversationGenerate leads and schedule in-home consultationsMaintain an organized and inviting booth presenceAssist with light setup and teardown as neededWork toward daily and weekly performance goalsYou'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)A confident, outgoing personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA natural ability to engage and connect with new peopleA reliable, professional presence in public-facing environmentsFlexibility to work evenings and weekendsReliable transportation to event locationsWhy Joyce:70 years of success as a third-generation, family-owned companyConsistent schedule of booked events and activationsHigh-quality, American-made products you can confidently representStrong marketing support and brand recognitionA team-focused environment with opportunities for growth
