Volo Sports Job OpportunityVolo Sports is the nation's leading provider of adult social sports leagues and pickups. Volo provides year-round access for adults 21+ to participate in a variety of sports leagues, pickup games, tournaments and social activities, while giving back to the community through the Volo Kids Foundation. Volo will have over 500,000 adult participants this year across the country.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as a representative for Volo Sports and its partner brands such as Monster Energy and othersLogistically setup approved promotions and activations at Volo facilities to sample cold product such as beverages to athletes in their time of needCommunicate brand attributes and benefits to consumers while doing promotionsCreate positive customer experiences for the Volo communityLearn the brand, and promote that brand in-person at leagues and eventsCapture creative and engaging content of the brand and provide to HQ team for recap reportsShares customer and distribution feedback to HQ team to get relayed to the brandMeets or exceeds monthly sample distribution goals.This person understands and follows all company policies and proceduresSubmits daily activation recap formsMust-Haves:Great people person skills and the ability to positively interact with everyoneExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorks well in a team atmosphereAbility to multi-task and make decisions under pressureAbility to lift and carry 30-50 poundsPossess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearlyMust be available at least 20 hours per week from 4-9pm during the week, and 10am - 2pm on some weekendsProficient customer service skillsHigh School Diploma/GED Equivalency"WOW" Us With...Have worked promotions before for a CPG or beverage brand and can provide resourcesPassion for sports and social activitiesA love for brand marketing, activating partnerships, and creating contentOutgoing and ready to handle anything presentedPunctual and professional, but embraces a "work hard, play hard" attitude
