Job description
Brand AmbassadorSundays was founded in Vancouver in 2019 by four friends with deep roots in furniture and retail. We design West Coast modern pieces: warm, functional, built to last. We sell direct to customers across the US and Canada, online and through showrooms in New York, Pasadena, Vancouver, Toronto, and Calgary. Our sister brand Hetta takes a more refined, traditional approach, while upholding the same commitment to quality.We're looking for a high-energy, approachable Brand Ambassador to provide sales support and represent the brand at our Pasadena showroom.Duties & Responsibilities:Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doorsProviding excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they haveMaximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targetsEngage with the local community and help establish Sundays' brand presence in PasadenaMaintaining consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all timesEnsuring adherence to operating and security procedures at all timesExecuting opening and closing proceduresQualifications & Requirements:A minimum of 1 years of retail experience.Strong interest in design and furniture.Strong customer-service orientation.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Responsible and punctual.Self-starter and curious learner, with a passion for continually improving.Flexible schedule and ability to work weekendsWhat We Offer:Be a part of a fast-paced, exciting new businessGenerous product discountsProfessional development and growth opportunitiesJob Type: Part-time or Full-timeHourly wage of $25- $35 inclusive of commissionEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
