Job description
Steel City tells stories. We are looking for someone to help tell the story of our Shadyside location.
nAs a Brand Ambassador, you’re the face of Steel City. You bring the energy, the story, and the local pride to life with every customer interaction. You’ll help guests find pieces they love, sharing the meaning behind the brand, and make every visit feel personal.
nnWho you are:
nnnYou deliver outstanding customer service and embody the Steel City brand
n
nnAssist guests in styling, product selection and fit guidance
n
nnMaintain visual standards and restock product daily
n
nnEngage with the local community and share brand knowledge confidently
n
nnSupport store events, promotions and social media initiatives
n
n nYou'll be a great fit for this role if:
nnnYou're friendly, outgoing and demonstrate authentic communication
n
nnYou have a passion for Pittsburgh culture and the Steel City brand
n
nnYou have prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
n
nnYou have flexible availability 5-15 hours per week, including weekends (and holidays)
