nThe Brand Ambassador plays a key role in building awareness and engagement around club marketing while supporting the management team during promotional activities.
nKey Responsibilities:
nBuild positive relationships within the local community and represent the UFC GYM brand in a professional and approachable manner.
nAssist with outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
nSupport the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and celebrations.
nEngage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand’s values.
nQualifications:
nStrong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
nGeneral knowledge of the fitness industry.
nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
nTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
nBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
nComfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.
