Brand AmbassadorThe Brand Ambassador plays a key role in delivering an elevated client experience and driving boutique performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fragrance, storytelling, and luxury service. Brand Ambassadors are the face of Diptyque—welcoming clients, sharing product expertise, and building lasting relationships.At Diptyque, we believe in creating moments of beauty and connection. Brand Ambassadors help bring our boutique experience to life through authenticity, creativity, and care.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & SalesWelcome clients and create a warm, elevated environmentShare product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring waySupport omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your-Service programRecommend products based on client preferences and brand expertiseAchieve individual and boutique sales goalsClient RelationshipsBuild and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreachUse digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clientsTake initiative to grow business beyond the boutiqueBoutique OperationsSupport daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanlinessFollow company policies and complete opening/closing proceduresAssist with visual merchandising and inventory managementTeam CollaborationContribute to a positive and inclusive team culturePartner with colleagues to deliver exceptional serviceCommunicate effectively and support team goalsQualifications• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty• Strong communication and organizational skills• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join DiptyqueDiptyque Paris is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.
