Job description
Rust-Oleum is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy and go-to-market planning across assigned product platforms. You will translate consumer insights into compelling narratives, develop creative briefs, and partner with agencies and internal teams to execute multi-channel campaigns.
You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensure on-time and on-brand delivery, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Channel Marketing to align marketing with business growth.
