Job description
LOFT in State College, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guidance to associates. This role represents the brand and models personalized service while maintaining store standards.
Ideal candidate has 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), and is tech-savvy with POS systems. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong communication and coaching mindset.
