Swift7 Consultants is seeking a motivated and personable Brand Engagement and Sales Executive to join our team in College Station, TX.
In this role, you will represent our clients through direct customer interactions, introduce products and services, build positive relationships, and contribute to sales and customer acquisition goals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to develop valuable skills in sales, brand representation, and business development.
You will receive ongoing training and work alongside a supportive team focused on helping you develop both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
Engage prospective customers and clearly communicate product and service information
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build positive and lasting relationships with customers
Support customer acquisition and sales objectives
Maintain strong knowledge of represented products, services, and promotions
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Participate in training and professional development sessions
Provide a positive customer experience throughout every interaction
Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times
