Job description
Pattern seeks an Associate Director of Brand Experience to lead a high-performing operations team and drive marketplace strategy for Pattern Creators, including TikTok Shop. You will mentor operations managers, scale the team, and refine the strategic playback for Pattern's brand partners.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah. You will collaborate across product, supply chain, commercial, and finance to deliver rapid, high-quality outputs and ensure seamless execution.
