Job description
Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers through excellent service and knowledgeable product education. You will help educate customers about loyalty programs and deliver a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach.
You will engage with customers on the sales floor and via omnichannel tools, supporting store goals while maintaining a neat, organized workspace. Flexibility to cover holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts is expected.
