Job description
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director Brand Insights to lead primary market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics for the US Rare Disease asset.
You will function as a player/coach, designing insights that drive launch readiness and ongoing brand performance across teams including Marketing, Field Enablement, and Sales. You will own the insight plan, manage the budget, and guide a team with strong leadership capabilities.
