Paid Training | Brand Development | Growth Opportunities
S.H.O.W. ATL is expanding our Atlanta team and seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join us as Brand Marketing Associates.
This entry-level position provides hands‑on experience in brand marketing, customer engagement, event campaigns, and business development. You’ll work directly with customers while representing client brands through live events, promotional campaigns, and face‑to‑face marketing experiences.
No previous marketing experience is required. We provide training and ongoing coaching for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
Represent client brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
Communicate brand messaging, products, services, and promotions
Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns and events
Gather customer feedback and communicate campaign insights to the team
Work alongside team members to meet individual and campaign goals
Participate in ongoing marketing, communication, and leadership training
Develop skills in campaign management, customer relations, and team leadership
What We’re Looking For

Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in marketing, branding, events, communications, business, or leadership
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, events, marketing, fundraising, or sales is helpful but not required.
