Schaffer's Mill in Truckee, CA is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing & Membership to lead marketing, brand design, membership development, and Member Services. This leadership role reports to Club leadership and coordinates across departments to advance the Schaffer's Mill lifestyle.
Responsibilities include developing the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, guiding brand standards, overseeing digital campaigns, and driving membership growth.
