Job description
North Shore CDJR is a brand-new dealership opening in Myrtle Beach, SC, seeking a General Sales Manager to build the sales operation from the ground up. You’ll recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while establishing a culture of accountability and customer obsession.
You’ll lead sales strategy, drive vehicle gross, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership on forecasting, pricing, and advertising to launch a brand-new dealership and set it on a path to market
