Job description
United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco and New York is seeking a Senior Operator to own FbF onboarding end-to-end, from commitment through activation and stabilization. You will define KPIs, build dashboards, and set a roadmap to keep onboarding healthy as FbF scales from 1% to 20% of GMV.
This is a senior IC role with no direct reports, requiring strong judgment and data-driven decision making, with travel up to 20% to fulfillment nodes and partners.
