At MILLIONS, you’ll join our brand partnerships team, helping businesses grow through epic athletes, sports creators and our Sports Influencer Marketing Platform. The best one in the world.
If you ask a business owner, “Do you want epic sports talent to promote your business or organization?” 100% will say yes. Your job is to show them how we make it easy, scalable and built to drive ROI.
We’ll provide you with MQLs, meetings and “Mentions”: brands actively being talked about on our platform. Your job is to build great relationships and bring them on as advertisers. You’ll get ROI calculators, training and evidence of success through thousands of pieces of influencer content.
You’ll help businesses and agencies turn big marketing goals into athlete partnerships, influencer campaigns, branded content and ongoing sports media programs.
You’ll own:
Running demos and building proposals around the customer’s goals.
Closing partnerships, managing your pipeline and working with our campaign team to deliver.
You love sports, communicate clearly and are hungry to build a sales career. You’re curious, organized, coachable and willing to put in the work. A few things that will help you stand out:
Experience in sales, advertising, partnerships or influencer marketing.
Experience selling to brands, agencies or marketing decision-makers.
An understanding of social media, influencer campaigns and digital advertising.
Strong presentation and writing skills, with the ability to connect a customer’s goals to a clear proposal.
Comfort discussing marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.

What you get:
$60K base salary, $120K+ on-target earnings, with $190K as the “should achieve” level. Uncapped commissions and bonuses, stock options and health benefits.
