Job description
Lola Blankets is seeking a Brand Protection Attorney to safeguard the brand, IP, and commercial relationships as we scale. You will work closely with Marketing, Legal, and Finance and act as the first line of defense on brand protections, influencer contracting, and licensing deals.
Hybrid work options are available in New York or Utah, with three days in office. You will review marketing content for compliance, draft and negotiate contracts, and guide outside counsel on complex matters.
