Job description
VML in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Brand Strategy to develop brand strategies, create creative briefs and guide CX-focused strategies for digital and social campaigns, including website redesigns and ongoing CRM engagements.
The role leads strategic growth of brand projects, nurtures client relationships, and supervises up to two junior team members, with weekly 1-on-1s and a hybrid work model.
