Job description
The Breast Care Nurse Navigator at Beaufort Memorial Hospital leads the development and management of Breast Care Services in Beaufort, SC. The Navigator builds strong relationships with providers and hospital teams to guide patients through the continuum of care and improve the patient experience.
Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of nursing experience, SC RN license (BSN preferred), and skills in leadership, communication, and patient education.
