Job description
New York Breast Health (NYBH) in Bohemia, NY is seeking a Breast Nurse Navigator (RN) to guide patients through biopsy prep, results communication, and follow-up care within our multidisciplinary team. You will education patients by phone, document in EMR, coordinate referrals, and support annual mammography outreach; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, NY RN license required.
