Overview
nAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Breast Imaging Radiologists to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road Decatur, GA 30030. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

nResponsibilities
nnnProvide onsite breast imaging radiology services to VA patients.
n
nnInterpret and report on:
n
nnMammography
n
nnBreast ultrasound
n
nnBreast MRI
n
nnPerform and/or guide diagnostic breast imaging procedures.
n
nnIdentify, evaluate, and diagnose breast abnormalities, including malignancies.
n
nnReview imaging orders and next‑day cases as needed (minimum 2 hours daily when required).
n
nnProvide clinical consultation to referring providers regarding imaging results and care plans.
n
nnCommunicate test results to patients and providers per VHA Directive 1088.
n
nnParticipate in post‑procedure follow‑up and complication management.
n
nnDocument all care in the VA Electronic Health Record (EHR) in compliance with VA policy.
n
nnParticipate in Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
n
nnAttend required:
n
nnQuality Improvement Committee meetings (quarterly)
n
nnService leadership or staff meetings (monthly or as directed)
n
nnComplete peer reviews (approximately 4 hours per month).
n
nnMaintain compliance with:
n
nnPatient safety standards
n
nnInfection control requirements
n
nnPrivacy and HIPAA regulations
n
n nQualifications
nnnActive, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
n
nnBoard Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
n
nnNPI report printout
n
nnActive AHA BLS and ACLS
n
nnActive DEA license
n
nnMust be able to pass a federal background investigation
n
n nAll candidates must be able to:
nnnSit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
n
nnLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
n
nnLift up to 20 lbs
n
nnCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
n
nnPush/pull with 30 lbs of force
n
