Job description
New York Breast Health (NYBH) in Bohemia, NY is seeking a Breast Nurse Navigator (RN) to guide patients through biopsy, diagnostic results, and care plans. You will coordinate follow-up appointments, educate patients on procedures, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
Requirements include NY RN license, strong assessment and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus. HemOnc experience preferred.
