Job description
WellStar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will perform diagnostic breast ultrasounds, capture and document images for radiologist review, and ensure patient comfort through clear communication and compassionate care. You will follow established safety and quality protocols, maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, and accurately complete EMR documentation. As part of a multidisciplinary breast health team, you’ll support early detection and treatment, benefit from ongoing education, and gain exposure to advanced imaging practices across a leading not-for-profit health system.
