Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this PRN role, you will perform screening and diagnostic breast ultrasounds, assist with image-guided biopsies, and support multidisciplinary breast care. Responsibilities include verifying patient history, optimizing imaging protocols, documenting findings in EMR/PACS, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout the exam. You’ll work closely with radiologists and clinical teams, with access to advanced technology, ongoing education, and opportunities for growth across Wellstar’s Georgia locations.
