Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. In this per-diem role, you will perform screening and diagnostic breast ultrasounds, follow established imaging protocols, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary breast care teams. You’ll educate and comfort patients, ensure accurate documentation in the EMR, maintain ultrasound equipment, and uphold strict safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards.
