Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging and compassionate patient care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this PRN role, you will perform diagnostic and interventional breast ultrasound procedures, support radiologists during biopsies, and ensure accurate documentation in PACS/EMR. You will uphold safety and infection control standards, maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, and communicate clearly with patients and care teams. This position offers exposure to advanced breast imaging practices, ongoing education, and growth within a leading not-for-profit health system.
