Job description
Wellstar is seeking a PRN Breast Sonographer to perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and support compassionate, patient-centered care. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic and screening breast sonography, ensuring accurate image acquisition, proper labeling, and timely communication with radiologists and breast care teams. You will educate and comfort patients, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and document procedures in the EMR. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll access ongoing education, advanced clinical resources, and opportunities to grow within our not-for-profit health system.
