Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This PRN role performs diagnostic and interventional breast ultrasound exams, verifies patient history, explains procedures, and ensures patient comfort and safety. The sonographer optimizes imaging quality, supports radiologists during image-guided procedures, and documents findings accurately. Working within an integrated health system, you’ll contribute to early detection of breast disease, follow rigorous safety and quality standards, and access ongoing education and growth opportunities.
