Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging that supports early detection and diagnosis. In this per diem role, you will perform and document diagnostic breast exams, assist radiologists with procedures, and ensure patient comfort through clear communication and compassionate care. You will follow established imaging protocols, maintain equipment readiness, support safety and infection prevention standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This position offers exposure to advanced breast imaging practices and opportunities for ongoing learning within a mission-driven health system.
