Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to join our patient-centered imaging team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and assist with interventional procedures such as biopsies and localizations. You will verify patient histories, position patients safely, optimize images, and document studies in PACS/EMR systems. Working closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll support accurate diagnosis, patient education, and compassionate care while maintaining safety, infection control, and quality standards across Wellstar facilities.
