Job description
WellStar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to join our patient-centered imaging team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures to support early detection and treatment. You will verify orders, obtain patient histories, explain procedures, and ensure accurate imaging and documentation. Working closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver compassionate care while maintaining equipment, following safety and regulatory standards, and engaging in ongoing education in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
