Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to join our patient-centered imaging team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and assist with image-guided breast procedures to support timely diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include obtaining accurate patient histories, educating and comforting patients, optimizing imaging protocols, and collaborating closely with radiologists and clinical staff. You will uphold safety, infection control, and documentation standards while contributing to a collaborative, learning-focused environment that advances community health.
