Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging that supports early detection and accurate diagnosis of breast disease. In this PRN role, you will perform diagnostic and interventional breast sonography, verify patient history and orders, and collaborate closely with radiologists and breast care teams. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, documenting findings in EMR/PACS, following safety and infection control standards, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll work within a collaborative, learning-focused culture with access to advanced technology and strong clinical resources.
