Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered breast ultrasound imaging services. In this role, you will perform diagnostic breast ultrasounds, assist with image-guided procedures, and support accurate, timely diagnoses in collaboration with radiologists and multidisciplinary breast care teams. You will educate and comfort patients, maintain and operate advanced ultrasound equipment, follow safety and infection control standards, and document exams in the EMR. As part of Wellstar’s collaborative, learning-focused culture, you’ll access ongoing education, cross-training, and opportunities across our Georgia care locations.
