Job description
Wellstar is seeking a PRN Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality ultrasound imaging for breast screening and diagnostic care. In this role, you will perform and document breast ultrasounds, assist with image-guided procedures, and collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and nursing teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll educate and support patients through often-sensitive exams, maintain equipment and quality standards, and follow safety and infection control protocols. As part of a leading, not-for-profit health system, you’ll access strong clinical resources, ongoing education, and opportunities to learn across diverse care settings while impacting community health.
