Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams that support early detection and treatment. Based within our patient-centered breast imaging team, you will carry out diagnostic and interventional ultrasound procedures, ensure optimal image quality, and assist radiologists with real-time imaging needs and documentation. Responsibilities include patient education, exam preparation, safe equipment operation, adherence to safety and infection-control standards, and accurate electronic record entry. You’ll collaborate with nurses, technologists, and physicians while accessing strong clinical resources, ongoing education, and flexible PRN scheduling.
