Job description
WellStar is seeking a Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging and support interventional procedures in a patient-centered environment. This PRN role performs diagnostic breast ultrasounds, assists radiologists with image-guided biopsies, and ensures accurate documentation in EMR and PACS. The sonographer upholds safety and infection prevention standards, educates and comforts patients, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Working within Wellstar’s collaborative, learning-focused culture, you’ll access advanced imaging technology and ongoing professional development.
