Job description
Wellstar is seeking a PRN Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality diagnostic breast ultrasound services within our compassionate, patient-centered care model. In this role, you will perform and optimize breast sonographic exams, support image-guided procedures, and collaborate closely with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. You will educate and comfort patients, maintain equipment and exam rooms, ensure accurate documentation in EMR/PACS, and follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This PRN position offers flexibility, exposure to advanced breast imaging practices, and opportunities for continuous learning across a large, innovative, not-for-profit health system.
