Job description
Wellstar is seeking a PRN Breast Sonographer to join our collaborative, patient-focused breast imaging team. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic breast ultrasound exams, supporting accurate detection and characterization of breast disease. Working within an integrated, not-for-profit health system, you will collaborate closely with radiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff, provide compassionate patient education, document findings in the EMR, and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This PRN opportunity offers exposure to advanced breast imaging practices, ongoing education, and the chance to impact community health across Georgia.
