AIS Cancer Center , a leading provider of comprehensive cancer care in Bakersfield, CA, is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new clinic in Hanford, CA. We are seeking a passionate Breast surgeon to join our growing team and help expand our services to this vital community. Our accredited, multi-disciplinary cancer program is dedicated to delivering the latest advancements in diagnosis, treatment, and patient support, and we are looking for an experienced oncologist to be part of this exciting new chapter.
This role offers the unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, grow a department, and contribute to the advancement of cancer care in Kings County. Qualifications
Candidates must be board certified/eligible
Fellowship-trained breast surgeon preferred
Possess or be able to obtain a full medical license in California
Must also be able to meet the medical staff credentialing standards
Position will be employed and work in a hospital‑adjacent Breast Center
Employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)
Benefits
Wage Scale: $402,108- $504,246

*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
Candidates must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
