UCHealth Medical Group in Northern Colorado is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified general surgeon with breast fellowship training , or a general surgeon with significant experience in a breast surgery-focused practice. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to full‑time clinical practice, and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.
The selected surgeon will join a collaborative team of six surgeons as the group's dedicated breast surgeon. The practice offers a robust general surgery environment with diverse specialty interests and a strong team‑based culture.
A preferred candidate will bring an interest in leadership and breast surgery program development, as preparation for NAPBC accreditation is currently underway.
In‑office ultrasound and minimally invasive procedural capabilities are available in the clinic.
1:7 call responsibilities include coverage of the practice's patients at the community hospital and after‑hours outpatient calls for a broad range of general surgery issues.
Emergency department coverage for all other patients is provided by the Acute Care Surgery team.
Epic EMR utilized system‑wide.

Exceptional Benefits
The pay range for this full‑time position is $441,000-$490,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
