Brick And Mason Foreman
Lead commercial masonry projects and command top pay in Minnesota! Twin City Staffing is hiring a brick and mason foreman to supervise field crews, coordinate materials, and ensure high-quality brick and block construction. If you have 5+ years of masonry leadership experience and want $45.00 – $55.00/hr., a company vehicle, year-round stability, and full corporate benefits, apply today! Location: Minneapolis, MN (Travel required to job sites; company vehicle provided) Wage: $45.00 – $55.00/hr. Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Hours may vary based on project schedules)

Duties of the brick and mason foreman:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate masonry crews performing commercial brick and block work
Plan daily site activities, assign manpower, and manage equipment and material deliveries
Review blueprints and specifications to ensure all workmanship meets strict quality standards
Enforce job-site safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and maintain clean work areas
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, customers, and crew members
Requirements of the brick and mason foreman:
Minimum 5+ years of masonry crew leadership experience (10+ years of general construction experience required)
Demonstrated expertise in commercial brick and block masonry work
Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
