Job description
SEH, an employee-owned engineering firm, seeks a Bridge Market Leader to spearhead the Minnesota-based structural bridge team and manage projects from scope to delivery. You will lead multiple bridge types, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, and drive business development for public-sector transportation work.
The role requires a PE in MN and extensive experience with AASHTO and LRFD standards, with travel as needed to client sites and project locations.
